"I started using Aspen Coachworks about three years ago and they have always been friendly, courteous, and fairly priced. The shop is clean and the people are very friendly. I have used their service for everything from my tow trucks to my personal vehicles. Anytime I have been lacking knowledge on the repairs I needed, their service technicians were great with walking me out and showing me as well as explaining the need for the repair. As a female this was very satisfying. It was nice to not be treated like an ignorant female for a change. When it comes down to it I won't use anyone else."

Mercury
Mercury is one of Ford Motor Company's automobile marques. It was founded by Henry Ford's son Edsel Ford in 1939 as a niche in which to sell "entry-level" luxury cars that were more prestigious than regular Ford models, but not as luxurious as the Lincoln vehicles. It's main GM competition was the Buick line of vehicles. Though journalists and bloggers have been making noise for a couple of years about the inevitable demise of the Mercury brand due to their low sales numbers, Ford insists that the brand will live on. In 2008, Ford made Mercury a part of its new, more fuel-efficient small-car strategy. The larger Mercury vehicles will be phased out, with Lincoln taking over larger luxury vehicles. The Mercury Milan will become the largest Mercury vehicle, and a new line of upscale small vehicles will be sold at Lincoln/Mercury dealers in the early 2010s.
