"At my first ever visit to the Aspen Auto at Jet Stream location, I was pleasantly surprised by EVERYTHING! The service, particularly, was top notch. I really liked the fact that the various oil samples taken from my car was shown to me, as well as taking me inside the shop to show what's exactly needed to be fixed. My advise for this shop is that, as long as they maintain the same level of service, I'll be more than happy to be their most loyal client for years to come."

"Took my RX8 to the dealership, they wanted $1400 for a new clutch assembly. Aspen troubleshot it and found only master cylinder and hose needed replacement for $1000 less, great to work with people whom know how to troubleshoot and not just take the customer."

"I was pleased with the all around service I received when bringing in my vehicle. I was planning on waiting in the lounge for it to be serviced, but only ten minutes into it I was told it may run longer than the time planned and was offered a ride home. Sure, many places offer the service - but it was the way they go about the customer service aspect that is appreciated. I was kept informed of the progress, any changes, and was picked up promptly and all is now well with my vehicle. I would use their services again or have no problem recommending them."

"Aspen Auto replaced my fuel pump. Unfortunately, after a few days, the new one failed. Aspen worked on the car immediately, shuttled me wherever I needed to go, and got it fixed asap (at no additional cost, of course). I've been Pleased with their customer service."

"They did some work for me recently. I believe they were honest and fair with me. I thought I needed a muffler and they told me no. I thought I needed front brakes, they told me no. They only did the work that was necessary, so they have earned my business going forward. They also drove me to work and picked me up. For me, being trustworthy is the most important factor."

"I started using Aspen Coachworks about three years ago and they have always been friendly, courteous, and fairly priced. The shop is clean and the people are very friendly. I have used their service for everything from my tow trucks to my personal vehicles. Anytime I have been lacking knowledge on the repairs I needed, their service technicians were great with walking me out and showing me as well as explaining the need for the repair. As a female this was very satisfying. It was nice to not be treated like an ignorant female for a change. When it comes down to it I won't use anyone else."

"Aspen Auto on Jet Stream is clean and the waiting area is the best. They do a great job on my cars and provide a thorough inspection for any potential problems. They discovered my two rear tires were down to the cords and about to pop so I replaced them right away. Mike Young is always polite and friendly and treats everyone with respect.
