TERMS and CONDITIONS

The ASPEN AUTO CLINIC Referral Reward Program is governed by the following Terms and Conditions:

• This program is available to any current ASPEN AUTO CLINIC customer.  A customer may refer an unlimited number of prospects for the duration of the program.

• The customer will receive the following reward level awards:

1st Referral~~Enjoy a complimentary $5.00 Starbuck Card
2nd Referral~~Free Basic Oil and Filter Change
(Synthetic and Diesel discounted)
3rd Referral~~Family/Date Night
($10.00 Blockbuster and *Louie’s Pizza Dinner Package)
*Large Cheese w/ 1 topping, Cheesy Bread, 2 Liter Soda)
4th Referral~~$50.00 Home Depot OR Bed, Bath & Beyond Gift Card
5th Referral~~$75.00 Dinner on US at the Sunbird Restaurant
6th Referral~~*Basic Lifetime Oil Change Package!

After the 4th referral, you are automatically entered into a drawing for a THREE DAY TRIP to LAS VEGAS (includes airfare and hotel)

• The current “referring” customer will complete the referral card with their information and we will do the rest when the referred person presents that card to us.

• The referring customer, “referrer”, may refer an unlimited number of prospective customers for the duration of the program.  However, this program is only intended for referrals to people that the “referrer” knows personally.  Links should not be posted on any public or group forms or website of any kind.  You may not violate any laws or ASPEN AUTO CLINIC’s policies.

• In order for the “referrer” to receive their reward, they must provide their name at the time of referral by completing the Referral Card. 

• The prospect must bring present the Referral Card at the time of service.

• The “referrer’s” account must be up-to-date, with no outstanding balance due at the time of the referral.

• The customer (referrer) acknowledges that their referral is not unsolicited and that they have discussed our company with the prospect.

• Rewards cannot be refunded and have no cash value.  ASPEN AUTO CLINIC is not responsible for replacement of lost or unclaimed rewards.  Other restrictions may apply.  ASPEN AUTO CLINIC may cancel or modify this program or its terms at any time.

• ASPEN AUTO CLINIC shall have no liability whatsoever for any claims, losses, actions, damages, suits or proceedings resulting from your participation in this program.  You shall indemnify and hold ASPEN AUTO CLINIC harmless against all third party claims, demands, suits, actions, judgments, losses, costs, damages (direct, indirect and consequential), attorney’s fees and expenses that ASPEN AUTO CLINIC may sustain or incur by reason of any breach or alleged breach of any term or condition of this program and for any act or omission of you or your clients which are in any way related to this program.
